Some time ago I met a young billionaire in Malang City. He is still 33 years old, but the business he is running has skyrocketed. There are several businesses, including establishing a coding school for vocational school children by cooperating with the Ministry of Communication and Information, managing bottled drinking water in the Jami 'Mosque in Malang City, Muslim fashion, and Umrah and Hajj travel. When I asked "a lot of it is managed, how can it be?". He answered with a simple smile "That's just a few, there are other businesses overseas that I haven't told you about, I also fund several start-up level companies, and there are also other businesses that might be nice to talk about when there is more time". Suddenly I was shocked, how can one person control so many businesses, the risk must be large, whether his ability is a "gift" from God, is he really rich because of "descent", does he have "spiritual secrets", theoretically impossible this "one man show", there must be a secret recipe for success.

When viewed from age, I assume maybe his experience is still minimal, then how can his business success be achieved at a relatively young age? Our conversation flowed excitedly, we chatted like coffee friends until it didn't feel like hours had passed. The main principle when seeking knowledge is "empty the cup", only then can knowledge enter.

The default question starting our conversation is what is the definition of success in business and what is the recipe for that success? Although it may seem like a dime, this question shows a person's character in seeing success. Here's the answer: Business is about calculating risk, so every decision in business must be measurable. There's no guesswork, I'm a data-driven person. Because my education was not complete, I had to study on my own. I routinely spend at least 50 books a year and apply it directly. There are at least five knowledge that a businessman must possess:

1. production management,
2. marketing & communication,
3. financial management,
4. human resource management,
5. informatics management. These five disciplines are useful for making the right Business Management Model.
