Hello everyone in whole world's Dairy.
I want to say a big thank you to @badsha1 and @whole-world for this wonderful contest.
Friuts are gift from God to man kind, nomatter your source of income you would always have access to a particular kind of fruit most especially in their seasons.
In Nigeria we have various kinds of friuts ranging from Pome, Drupe, Berry, Nut, Multiple Fruits e.t.c
Today I would be talking about a particular seasonal fruit know as AVACADO PEER.
Avocado pear or alligator pear, is botanically a large berry containing a single large seed.
If you have planted from a tree, you can expect to see fruit from 3 to 4 years after planting. If you are growing from the seed, it could take 5 to 13 years before the tree is mature enough to set fruit.
Avocado trees are partially self-pollinating, and are often propagated through grafting to maintain predictable fruit quality and quantity.

The avocado (Persea americana), a tree likely originating from south-central Mexico, can also be found in Nigeria, in almost every one out of 10 families in the Eastern part of Nigeria you visit has an avacado tree in their house.
One serving (one-fifth of an avocado, approximately 40 grams) contains:
*64 calories
*almost 6 grams of fat
*3.4 grams of carbohydrate
*less than a gram of sugar
*almost 3 grams of fiber

For long term storage refregeration is the best option.
Avacado is higly consumed in nigeria, it can also be used for the production of other product, like face mask, body oil(avacado oil) etc.
The nutritional value of avacado makes this friut a popular demand, if you are not eating it, then you are applying it😀.
Even kids can take avacado if blended into puree.
thank you every one for visiting my post
