- Many times in the life of the people of our country, this feeling of frustration appears from time to time. Sometimes it's related to an event in our life - a cause of death in the family, a cause of losing a job, a cause of a challenge at school, a break-up with a boyfriend or girlfriend, a divorce - if you lose a person, Frightened, sad, helpless. This is almost all very normal. For many people, I don’t think these feelings are connected to a daily, or everyday situation-for no apparent reason we think they can dramatically affect their daily lives. There is nothing more frustrating in our life than spending a bad day. Feelings in our lives interfere with everyday activities such as taking care of family, spending time with friends, or going to work or school. I think it could affect "

- Most of us experience changes in sleep when we suffer from depression.
- Appetite changes in our lives when we suffer from depression.
- We see more weight changes in our lives.
Fatigue occurs - Energy loss is also in many forms.
- Decreases pleasure from our life activities.
- Thoughts cause a lot of frustration.
- Lack of attention is seen in life
- It can be difficult to make decisions all the time.
- There is a lack of interest
- I think frustration is an idea.
- Feelings of guilt or incompetence
- Physical aches and pains can also occur
I think behavioral changes in our lives are more associated with depression
As far as I know friends change to separate
There was trouble at school
Drug and alcohol use in particular is seen in many places.
Lack of attention to physical appearance and hygiene is often seen in our lives.
The good news in our lives is that support, treatment and strategies help. We should discuss talk therapy, lifestyle changes with a skilled mental health professional and sometimes medication as per the advice of our doctor is very effective in curing depression.
If you ever feel like your child is depressed, make sure to check it out first. Get your child to a family doctor right away to get over any other illness. If your doctor believes that depression is a possibility, take it to a mental health professional for a thorough assessment and diagnosis.
- So all of us should not break down during this depression. We need to talk to everyone. We can't be alone. We have to keep our minds up by talking to everyone. You have to keep a clear mind. There can never be loneliness alone. The more you are alone, the more you will be destroyed by yourself and the more bad thoughts will go away in your head. Try to stay together with friends.
