It's been a real long time that I did not make this one...
Why I rarely organize such a lunch at home is mainly because of the trouble lighting up the grill + then cleaning up all the ashes after cooking...
But once it a while we can do it...
So yes, today I prepared a meal that is so famous in my country Morocco...CHARCOAL GRILLED BEEF AND LIVER SKEWERS!!!
I stared all my preparations in advance and by 11am I was ready for the grilling!
I marinated and skewered the beef filet, season the tomatoes and onions and making some hot Moroccan Mint Tea!!!
It was my husband who took care of the lighting of the charcoal...
Within 1 hour of grilling...all were ready and we headed in the kitchen...set the table...

What a nice lunch...this is meal that makes you feel light even after eating a lot of it!
I can have such grilled foods everyday...they are so delicious and have some amazing smoky flavor...
And do you love eating foods grilled on charcoal!?
For the second half of my Saturday...I went to the restaurant of my husband and came back home after the busy service over there!
Now got to rest a bit and get ready for Sunday!!!
