Hello, friends!

A week has passed since the end of STEEMIT EXLIBRIS: Home Libraries (Season 1 and 2). Many home libraries owners have responded to my invitation to share their book shelves stories and pictures.

We've been reading the stories that came to the competition from #Belarus, #Pakistan, #Russia, #Ukraine, #Venezuela with great interest.

Totally 28 people (@dmitrik, @sharifanamin, @greatketty, @darina14, @olesia, @nklm, @suhano, @antorv, @yetaras, @yurimar, @cranium, @qwerrie, @bambuka, @notannov, @tinochka2, @mamamasha, @olga.maslievich, @frank1in, @antikus369, @ir3k, @isgledysduarte, @albaandreina, @soulwind, @event-horizon, @way-out, @danny.green, @felixrodriguez, @filinpaul) took part in the competition. Many of them have written posts for both seasons. A total of 43 stories were submitted for the competition.

The shared prize fund was 418 steem.

Most likely, not everyone had the opportunity to participate, because it is impossible to store many books at home. Therefore, I will take a break from this competition for a while. But I don’t want to finish with my favorite topic — paper books.

And I am announcing a new competition:

STEEMIT EXLIBRIS COMPETITION: The One Book.

At first, I had an idea that each participant should imagine the following situation: he/she is on a desert island...

But then I thought that becoming Robinson Crusoe you are unlikely to put reading at the top of the list of priorities))) The main goal would be to survive.

Therefore, let it be like this: you live in the same conditions as you live now, and even in much better. But you have the option to keep only one of all your paper books.

Only that book you can read for the rest of your happy life!

1) post a photo of this book (your own photo or from open sources with a link to them),

2) tell us why you chose this particular book, how it attracted you,

3) add #steemitexlibris as one of the first five tags,

4) add the country tag,

5) publish a contest post in the Steem-BRU community (BY-RU-UA),

6) the message can be written in any language,

7) to make it easier for me to find your post, leave a link to it in the comments to this post,
