В этот день совпало сразу 3-и праздника: 🌿день Ивана Купалы, ☀️летнего солнцестояния и 👳день Йоги.
Утро мы начали с практики йоги. Затем весь день мы, соблюдая традиции наших предков, провели на природе, набираясь сил и энергии. Собирали лечебные травы, плели венки, купались. А вечером пошли к реке, любовались закатом и кидали венки в воду, загадав желание.
