I really like this book THE RULES OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP written BY ROB YEUNG, This book really inspired me as an entrepreneur and it open my eyes to how i can grows and expand my career as an entrepreneur.

The first thing i learned from this book was to
think like an entrepreneur.
Rob Yeung open my eyes to know that business is fundamentally about people. It is your mental toughness and ability to build relationship with others.
He talk about tools that make a business succeed

• passion
• Determination
• Relationship
• Building Skills
• Hard work

As long as you genuinely want to succeed you will, if you use all these tools.
He said entrepreneur are not special people. You don't need to be special to succeed in business all you need is to learned and understand the tools and principles that successful people used and carefully apply them.
Enjoy business and people as an entrepreneur.

Next thing:
NURTURE YOUR IDEA.
Ponder, reflect and contemplate.
One way of building a business is to look to your own talents. If you can do something with ease that others find difficult, you might be able to build a business on it. You have to be passionate about what you want to do or at least excited by it.

Next thing to Note:

DEEPEN YOUR UNDERSTANDING AROUND YOUR IDEA.
Begin to create your vision, understand why customers buy, research the reality, Network as if your life depends on it, ask, listen, and evaluate, understand the competition, recognize that the final choice is your.

Next other things
Is plan and fund your business.

Set up the business.
Name your venture, get professional advice, build the customers experience, map it out from cradle to grave, work smart not hard, consider the alternative, keep your focus.

Hire people.
Hire for temperament not qualifications, place a premium on people skills, ask about prior success, pay well, and reward better.
Work in and on your business, continued to exploits networks, keep your secrets safe, lnstruct with intelligence. Prepare to move on.

To sum up of all this is recommend this book to every entrepreneur who want to succeed in business
