the story I'm about to tell you goes long before I was born back in the early '80s When my parents were not yet married and my father was a student in agriculture.

we have this region in our county called cap-bon that is known for its richness in producing goods of oranges and lemons with a high standard quality worldwide.

so he brought some and plant them in the backyard that surrounds the house from every corner.

there were 3 kinds of ORANGES and the most scares and original specific to Tunisia was "THOMSON" which is known for its unique composure of bitter and sweet with a texture of acidity in it. makes it tasty and refreshing by all means.

it blossoms in late autumn and women mostly take advantage of that season to make all kinds of distillation for natural medicine and healing purposes.

this very special oil and liquid extracted from it are being applied to the skin when it heats up due to stress and high blood pressure and it works as a relief and detoxifies the body to make the skin breathe better and healthier.

at winter, however, when the season of harvest is up. we pick the fruit when needed to make the best orange juice there is.
right from the source. pick it and squeeze it, no frost no staking.

and even the peals. it doesn't get disposed of or thrown away but they use it in cooking and preparing orange cakes with its flavor of lemon.
it's the essence of its pure benefit hidden in its peals.

So basically with the proper knowledge of these natural resources, the exploitation to the fullest turns to be great and profitable even.

Who do you think that "MinuteMade" or the "CocaCola" company is making all the profit from this magnificent fruit rich in vitamins?

but, the problem is oranges cannot be found during the 4 seasons and they cannot be preserved naturally without losing their freshness and benefits and all their vitamins. as the additives spoil and damage its composure and taste.

What do you think? Do you prefer Oranges only seasonal or Wish you can have them 365 days of the year?

let us know in the comment section below if anything could be done to get the most of Oranges all day every day of the year :)
