As a result of the February 28 shelling of Kharkiv by Russian occupants, 15 servicemen and 16 civilians were wounded. Another woman was killed.

This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the mayor of Kharkiv, Ihor Terekhov.

According to him, the situation in Kharkiv today is difficult, but the defense is holding out. According to preliminary data, 15 servicemen and 16 civilians were wounded. One woman was killed. However, there is no final information yet.

"Kharkiv is an integral part of Ukraine! We will do so and all the locals support it, we have come together as one fist. We will stand to the end for Ukraine," Terekhov said.

As a reminder, Attorney General Irina Venediktova earlier reported that a shell from Russian invaders hit a window of a Kharkiv resident, killing her as a result.

Also active shelling continues in Chernihiv. One shell hit the Epicenter hypermarket.
