I have moved to Bosnia and Herzegovina about seven years ago. Since then I was into photography, I always bring my camera when I go out and take photos of people in daily situations. Some people are just doing their daily things, some working, some having fun, and I shot the following photo for the first time I went to the city center, since I was living far from the city, it was a monthly thing to come to the city center and take photos.
This kid was there, playing an instrument and singing to the crowd in the street passing by. I was lucky enough to get him looking at the camera for a second and I got this photo. The detail that got me is the people on the right side of the frame were just looking at the boy like it's a normal thing for a kid to be in the street to earn a living.
I still go to the city and take photos of people, and guess what?
He is still here,
grown up,
playing,
singing,
maybe to the different people but for the same reason,
he has to.
Even tho it's sad to see kids being in the streets and working, I admire this young talented brave kid doing his thing to make a living by himself.

If he is a beautiful child, I agree with you, it is sad, it breaks the heart to observe these situations of life, poverty and loneliness.
