A Popular Food Hotel In Dhaka City. (Mirpur Dhaka)

Hello friends, welcome to my new blog. I hope everyone is well by the grace of God. I am also very well by the grace of God. Today I am here with a review of one of the most popular hotels in Dhaka city. I went into town and basically finished my lunch there. It is a very luxurious and high-quality hotel. However, the prices here are quite reasonable. I have eaten here and reviewed other dishes. Today I will share that review moment with you. Let's get started.

First, I want to clarify the location of the store with you. It is located next to the Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium in Mirpur, Dhaka. If you come to the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Mirpur, you will have a package feast here at a reasonable price. Anyway, this is a famous hotel in Mirpur Sector 2. Anyway, I ate my favorite food here and found out about this hotel. I will try to present them clearly to you.

If you want to reach this hotel from in front of Mirpur Stadium, it may take you five minutes to walk. But if I use a rickshaw, it's a two-minute (maximum). Anyway, I walked from in front of the Mirpur Cricket Stadium to the hotel. Anyway, I got an idea of the price of the food as soon as I arrived at the hotel. Then I noticed the quality of the food here and its healthy environment. I found the cooking process here to be the best. Because here, beef and other meats are cooked in clay pots.

Beef, mutton, chicken, and duck are cooked in clay pots. Dry wood is used as fuel.

Although I couldn't follow the cooking process, I learned about the cooking style from them. I have mentioned below a series of discussions of the tasks they do to cook in clay pots.

First, the meat is washed thoroughly. Then the necessary spices are mixed with these. About fifteen types of spice items are added here. I can't talk about the spices because I didn't want to know the names of the spices. Anyway, after they are thoroughly mixed with spices, they are placed in an earthenware pot. It is placed in an earthenware pot and given a moderate amount of oil and a normal amount of water.

The mouth of the pot is then closed with another clay lid. To prevent any steam from escaping from the inside, the lid and the sides of the pot are coated with flour. After coating the sides thoroughly with flour, the pots are fired with wooden sticks. These foods are cooked well after being heated for a long time. The meats are cooked in such a way that they can be easily torn apart with your fingers.

Here, biryani, pulao, khichdi, and rice are cooked using gas. The amount of food cooked here is fixed, which is why they cook the same amount every day and the taste is the same. It always tastes like nectar, which is why consumers are more attracted to it. Three people are employed here to cook. The mentioned food items are cooked by skilled hands. Below I am mentioning some more food names that I captured from the walls of their hotel.

I have an idea about the price of the food. An interesting food menu was created here. The price list is clearly mentioned on the food menu. I took the food menu card in my hand and captured a picture of it. Many types of items were mentioned here.

There are also other items available here. I ordered delicious khichdi and beef from here. Which was very tasty and yummy for me. I ordered two identical packages for two people. I had to wait approximately five minutes after ordering. Anyway, I was quite happy to see the orders being served. Their taste and aroma fascinated me. I was quite eager to eat it but before eating it I captured a picture of its attractive appearance.

I aimed to serve the food in a very good manner. The employees here were very sincere and friendly. They served our orders with great care.There were separate plates for khichdi, meat, and salad. I liked the style of serving. The color of the hotel table and the color of the khichdi I ordered made the pictures even more beautiful. I finished the food photo session and started eating. I have mentioned some pictures of the food I ordered below.

I was satisfied after eating. I had a good lunch. I ate my food with satisfaction and rested there for a while. After resting, I went to pay for the food. I noticed the cost of our food with the manager. The total price of the food I ordered was 550 Bangladeshi taka. The price list of which is mentioned below.

Conclusion

This hotel is a popular hotel with fairly reasonable food prices. I was quite satisfied with the food here. I would give it a grade of 9.5/10 for the delicious food and its quality. I enjoyed and ate here. As a popular place, I have added my stay at this hotel to the steem atlas map. Which adds richness to steemit.
