Not sure why I was tagged at this point I agree with @freebornangel - glad you tagged me though because as you know I am not good at keeping up with things :). I would add it is the data we perceive which then changes our perspective, but that is where you need to be aware that you are in fact accepting data and essentially running a test of it. I think that creates a case for not wanting to be polarizing because you realise that if you act on it then you have accepted and changed your principle. Not sure if this makes any sense but it is like having heard something which is contrary but repeating to see how others react, this then reinforces that you have been wrong to a degree or even right and then a person tends to merge or reject that but in general it is all a bit grey. If I think principles though I think rigid, and maybe a better word needs to be used when speaking of the choices that have been made and of governance in general because principles seem to be on a pedestal with morals and we are discussing the white lies in a sense. Absolutes are difficult.

I'm going with absolutes are not an option, ATP.
Not for humans behavior.
Isn't acting out of character the definition of crazy?

If you like, @logiczombie, I can link you to my human behavior resource, but you will have to study, and practice, the techniques for yourself.
It is not without benefit to know these things first hand, in my experience.

AXIOM #1 - PROTECT YOURSELF
AXIOM #2 - PROTECT YOUR FAMILY
AXIOM #3 - PROTECT YOUR PROPERTY

I can link you to my human behavior resource,

I'd be very interested in investigating such a thing.

Start with this one, let me know when you finish it, and I will give you a link you are unlikely to read in its entirety.

I'm not sure how the following can be used against me prima facie,

AXIOM #1 - PROTECT YOURSELF
AXIOM #2 - PROTECT YOUR FAMILY
AXIOM #3 - PROTECT YOUR PROPERTY

Unless you are confronted by an aggressor that just doesn't care.

Looking for rules is OK, but life is about breaking rules to find new ground.
If you did find your perfect logic the crowd just wants to be entertained, and cares nothing about your right and wrong.

Unless you are confronted by an aggressor that just doesn't care.

There's a big difference between "rules" and AXIOMS.

No human (whether aggressive or submissive) ever "breaks" these AXIOMS.
