Achievement 6 Task by @achmadkurniawan : Understanding Curation and Community

Hello Steemit friends.

Finally, I have come to the final project of my achievements in the Newcomers' Community. The 6th achievement task is about Understanding Curation and Community. Like the previous achievement tasks that I have created and completed, I also created this 6 achievement task using two languages, namely Speak English and Bahasa / Indonesian. I hope that this article that I write can be of use to all readers, especially friends from my home country, Indonesia.

Akhirnya, saya telah sampai pada tugas akhir pencapaian saya di Newcomers' Community. Tugas pencapaian 6 yaitu tentang Mengerti Kurasi dan Komunitas. Seperti tugas - tugas pencapaian sebelumnya yang telah saya buat dan selesaikan, tugas pencapaian 6 ini juga saya buat menggunakan dua bahasa, yaitu Bahas Inggris dan Bahasa/Indonesia. Dengan harapan semoga artikel yang saya buat ini dapat bermanfaat bagi semua pembaca, terutama teman - teman dari negara asal saya Indonesia.

Do you understand how voting and curation work in steemit?

Every Steemit user who makes a post or article certainly expects a reward in the article. The reward referred to in Steemit is a vote. This vote can be given by any other user who reads the article.

This vote has a value that depends on Steem Power. Each vote given applies 50:50, where 50% of the reward is given to the owner of the article, and the rest is what we get which is commonly called curation rewards. Curation rewards also depend on the Steem Power we have. The greater the Steem Power value we have, the greater the Curation Rewards we will get.

Setiap pengguna Steemit yang membuat sebuah postingan atau artikel tentu mengharapkan sebuah reward pada artikelnya. Reward yang dimaksud di Steemit adalah berupa vote. Vote ini dapat diberikan oleh setiap pengguna lainnya yang membaca artikel tersebut.

Vote ini memiliki nilai yang bergantung pada Steem Power. Pada setiap vote yang diberikan berlaku 50:50, dimana 50% reward diberikan kepada si pemilik artikel, dan sisanya adalah yang kita dapatkan yang biasa disebut dengan curation rewards. Curation rewards ini juga bergantung dengan Steem Power yang kita miliki. Semakin besar nilai Steem Power yang kita miliki, maka semakin besar pula Curation Rewards yang kita dapatkan.

What happened if you vote a post before 5 minutes marks after posting?

In giving votes there is also a time span. The faster we vote, especially if the article we vote for has just been made, the rewards for vote and curation rewards that we get will also be bigger. You also can't give votes too often in one day. Because it will reduce the vote value on that day. We have to wait until tomorrow to restore our votes back to 100%

Dalam pemberian vote juga ada rentang waktunya. Semakin cepat kita memberikan vote, apalagi jika artikel yang kita vote baru saja dibuat maka rewards vote dan rewards kurasi yang kita peroleh juga akan semakin besar. Memberikan vote juga tidak bisa terlalu sering dalam satu hari. Karena akan mengurangi nilai vote pada hari itu. Kita harus menunggu sampai besok untuk memulihkan vote kita kembali ke 100%

Who will you vote for Steem Witness ? and Why?

Who will I vote for Witness Steem? I will vote for witnesses who are certainly active on the Steemit platform, especially witness accounts who are active in helping newcomers with various useful articles and also actively helping newcomers by voting and curating them.

Siapa yang akan saya vote untuk Saksi Steem? Saya akan men-vote saksi - saksi yang tentunya aktif di platform Steemit, terutama akun - akun saksi yang aktif membantu para pendatang baru dengan berbagai artikel yang bermanfaat dan juga aktif membantu para pendatang baru dengan vote dan kurasinya.

Which community will you join in Steemit, and why?

There are many communities currently existing on Steemit. These communities are certainly very beneficial for every Steemit user to connect and help each other.

Currently I have joined the "Newcomers' Community" and "Steem SEA" communities. These two communities are very useful in helping newcomers to Steemit and also have many users, especially from my home country, Indonesia.

Ada banyak komunitas - komunitas saat ini yang ada di Steemit. Komunitas - komunitas ini tentunya sangat bermanfaat bagi setiap pengguna Steemit agar saling terhubung dan saling membantu satu sama lain.

Saat ini saya sudah bergabung kedalam komunitas "Newcomers' Community" dan "Steem SEA". Kedua komunitas ini sangat bermanfaat membantu para pendatang baru di Steemit dan juga memiliki banyak pengguna terutama dari negara asal saya, Indonesia.
