Hello Community, greet you from this platform.
Voting and Curation in Steemit
Steemit users have the possibility to vote for the content that they consider to be of quality. The votes at the same time also mean a reward for the users. The reward pool for each post is split 50% to authors and 50% to content curators.
The Steem Power (SP) will define the voting power of each curator. The more SP you have, the higher the reward. Voting can be done for both posts and comments.
The votes bring with them a voting power, the vote will have much more influence if you have this power in 100% and for each vote it decreases by 2%. But every day this is recharged by 20%.
Vote after 5 minutes of posting
As the Steemit page states : "If a post is upvoted 5 minutes (or later) after posting, 100% of the curation reward goes to the curator."
Curators in general have to know the elements that determine their vote and how it affects the publication and comments, both in time and in SP and voting power.
Witness
In principle, I would vote for @futureshock , @justyy and @steemchiller . First of all, because I had already read about them and the influence they have creating accessible tools for users in the steem ecosystem. In addition, they are well positioned in the first places of the ranking of witnesses.
I'm actually very excited to dig in and find more witnesses to vote for. Considering that I can vote for up to 30 of them.
Community
Currently I belong to several Steemit communities, but the ones that catch my attention the most is World of Xpilar , for example, since I feel that I can publish my articles about photography there. Other very interesting ones that can be correlated are GEMS and ART . And since I also write chronicles about my travels, the Writing & Reviews community can be a good window to show my writings.
