Achievement 1 - #introduceyourself, Steem's youngest newcomer. Introducing myself

Hello people, myself Amar Jay. I am 14 years old, and I guess I am the youngest steemian to have joined the club.

I am currently living in Junagadh, Gujarat, India. Junagadh means an old fort. There are so many different places to visit and things to do in Junagadh.

Like you can go for a Jungle Safari to see Asiatic Lions at Talala, Gir Forest.

You can visit old forts, and there is the holiest of all places, the Mount Girnar, where there are more temples than you will find in the whole city, the temples are of different Daivees, Daivataas, and Bhagwans.

Recently a company joined hands with the local government to set up a ropeway to reach the temple situated at the highest point on the mountain, Mount Girnar. But there is another way to reach the top, staircases. There are 9,999 steps to reach the highest point.

Now look at the beauty around Mount Girnar, it is so mesmerizing right!

I never heard about cryptocurrencies before because of the study schedule I follow but after I started going to tuition classes at @cryptogecko, I came to know about the blockchain and cryptocurrencies.

Even though I still don’t understand most of the things involved in blockchain technology, I would love to learn more about it from you guys.

I love to read science-fiction novels and books and I also like to watch science-fiction movies. Most recently I watched the movie “Interstellar”. It was really fun to watch. I really liked the part where the protagonist was stuck in the black hole with one of the robots and found a way to inform her daughter.

I also like to write stories and shayaris (Short Poems). I will try to share them with you guys.

In return, I want to learn and understand more about steem blockchain and projects implemented on this blockchain. For that, I have decided to join the “SteemitCryptoAcademy” community. I think after joining this community I will have more knowledge about everything related to blockchain technology, so I will definitely try that soon.

Is it like I can only see communities that are trending and are joined by many? Because recently I searched a term and few communities popped up that did not have more than 10 subscribers. Do tell me that in the comments.

I started steemit after my tutor @cryptogecko told me about the platform. Now my goal is to improve my knowledge using this platform and I would love to share my knowledge with you guys too.

Due to the rise in Covid-19 cases, we have more time than ever. And I am planning to utilize that time to explore my interests. I will be joining more communities as I develop an interest in them.

Do tell me good communities that I can join to gain knowledge and have fun.
