PLAGIARISM
A cording to my own opinion plagarism is getting some one's written words, spoken word, song or any done work and making it known to others as your your own or giving yourself credit for some else's findings and many more others. This destroys one's originality and once one is known for that they may not be trusted.

According to Wikipedia Plagarism is the presentation of an other authors language, thoughts, idea or expressions of one's own originals.

Plagarism can be caused due to:-
In my own view it may be due to lack of confidence in one's own original work. That is if one does not believe in their work being good and they think an other person's work is better than theirs.
Fear of being punished in case of failure in their exams especially here in Africa some parents beat their children or even stop payment of their tuition fee which makes one to do Plagarism to a void such punishments.

According to Wikipedia"it can be due to fear of failure."forexample one may fear to be seen as a failure in doing their exams or in school and may more hence fear to jeopardise their image.

Wikipedia also ''says it may be due to poor time management and planning'' because people fail to plan their time of reading and preparing for their asignments hence causing panic during exams.

Effects of Plagarism are:-

It make one also lose their confidence hence loosing their originality . some one leaves by practicing Plagarism all the time.

It makes one produce poor work I case they have not got where to copy from hence not being competent at their work.

Imagine a surgeon who spent their study times doing Plagarism. He can put people's lives at risk because people may loose their lives if the surgeon has not mustard their skills hence causing some people to loose their lives or having problems or complications .

One may not easily get harder tasks to learn new skills because they are asured of Plagarism so their is no need to try to learn new ideas .

However according to Wikipedia one can avoid doing Plagarism through:-
''Trying to do work on their own and not looking in to some else's work"
wikipedia says by ''keeping truck of one's sources , distinguishing my ideas from other persons ideas, budgeting my time,managing my time, understanding that mistakes are part of learning I can not be perfect and many more".

I addition to the above I think that the most important thing is for one to believe and have confidence in them selves.
Inclusion therefore Plagarism can destroy your skills as you may not be able to face challenge alone.
