BASIC SECURITY ON STEEMIT

The term 'security' simply means a condition which lacks threats to lives and properties.
Basic security tools like keys and passwords are used by organizations to guide their treasurable assets from hackers or intruders.

The steem Blockchain has issued diverse security based tools to inhibit hackers and trackers from evading users account without the knowledge of the user. The security based tools also known as keys include the following; Memo keys, Master password, Active keys, Private owner keys and posting keys.
The steemit ecosystem has maintained a highly recognized active security system globally as they have assigned these private keys to varying functions.

ROLES OF STEEMIT SECURITY KEYS

MASTER PASSWORD
The Master password's function is very specific. It creates various keys for the user's account. This is a very sensitive key and should be kept confidential for an access to this key is a gateway to user's funds and even more harm can eventually occur so guide jealously against intruders.

PRIVATE POSTING KEYS
This key is specifically designed for user's login purposes and can also be used for posting, following, commenting, reesteeming and upvoting and so on.

ACTIVE KEY
For all transfer involved transactions, are the basic functions of the Active key.

MEMO KEY
The Memo is used for the encryption and decryption of Memos during transfer by inputing #sign/pound.

OWNER KEY
The owner key is very peculiar and unique which is basically used to alter other keys as well as the owner key.

TRON KEYS

i.TRON PUBLIC KEYS
The best key for the transfer of tokens is the tron public key. It can carry out other operations like sending or depositing tokens to user's account.

ii. TRON PRIVATE KEYS
The Tron private keys and master password are alike in function. It's purposes are for the recovery or accession of an account. Your private key should be concealed from other users to avoid unauthorized access and funds theft by another user.

ANSWER: Yes all keys have been regained.

QUESTION 2: Do you know the roles of these keys and their restrictions?

ANSWER: Yes I do.

QUESTION 3: How can the Master password be kept by you?

ANSWER: My master password will be kept appropriately by backing it up using my G-mail and also offline in an external storage device.

QUESTION 4: Can you do a steem token transfer to another steem user account?

ANSWER: Yes I can.

STEPS TO CARRYOUT A STEEM TOKEN TRANSFER TO ANOTHER STEEM USER

STEP 1:Click on 'wallet'

STEP 2: Click on the 'drop down arrow'

STEP 3: Click on 'transfer'

STEP 4: Enter the username of the beneficiary and the amount to be sent.

QUESTION 5:Do you have adequate knowledge required in the process of powering up your steem?

ANSWER: Yes i have the required knowledge to power up my steem.

PROCEDURES REQUIRED TO POWER YOUR STEEM

STEP 1: Click on 'wallet'

STEP 2: Click on the 'drop down arrow'

STEP 3: Click on 'power up'

STEP 4: The amount of steem to be converted to steem power should be entered.
