ACHIEVEMENT 2 : BASIC SECURITY IN STEEMIT

Hello my fellow steemians, greetings to you all. I will like to present my achievement 2 task to this community which talks about basic security in steemit account,
how we should take care of our keys so that it will not be invaded by scammers or thieves.

The security of our keys is very important to every steemian because it helps to keep our keys save from unauthorized users.

 Question 1

Have you obtained and saved all your password from steemit?

Yes, I used my phone through Google drive.

Question 2

Do you know all the functions and restrictions of the keys?

Publication key : It is the key, that allow us to enter daily, votes, edit, comment and follow others.

Active password : This keys allows us to perform delicate functions and transfers such as power up or turn on steem.

Master or owner password : It allow us to modify our password. It is the most important in the security in steemit because it can be use to retrieve other keys.

 Question 3

How do you plan to keep your master key safe?

I intend to save it in my Gmail account and Google drive which is personal to me.

Do you know how to transfer steem tokens to other steem users?

Press on the arrow in steem token or steem dollar. Click on transfer and fill in the receiver's account name and the amount and your Momo. Press next and then ok.

Do you know how to perform the power up process in steem?

To perform power up in steem,

Step 1
Enter into your wallet, press on the arrow under steem, it will display menu for you. Press power up to convert the steem to steem power.

Step 2
You can convert the steem to power by entering the amount and press ok.

Step 3
This stage is where they required your user name and the transfer key pin which the person will use to sign in, which will be automatically transfer to the person.
