I am in the position of gladness to share with you the little idea I also have about plagiarism, which will consist of the meaning of the word plagiarism, ways in which one can plagiarize.

There are so many ways of explaining the word plagiarism and everybody use to explain it the way they understands it. Basically, when they ask me what I understand by

plagiarism,

Plagiarism can also be term as thievery, which means the act of taking or using one's things without his or her acknowledgement. Plagiarism is never a good idea for a person who wants to develop more knowledge about easy and articles written. So I would like to put a deep caution on colleague newcomers to do away with plagiarism in other to get the benefits of this community.

Plagiarism can be categorized into so many types, which include;

Global plagiarism

This type of plagiarism is done in a situation where the writer goes online or copies the full text of another person and uses it as his own.

Plagiarism by paraphrasing

Plagiarism by paraphrasing usually occurs in a situation where the writer goes to copy the important parts of another writer to make his work complete or accurate.

Plagiarism by verbatim

is a situation where the person copies some parts like quotes from one article and pastes them directly into his own without the person's acknowledgement.

How can we do to avoid plagiarism?

To me, I think we can avoid plagiarism, if and only if we get a passion for reading story books and also newspapers. It will help to develop our way of speaking and writing. And I believe with that we will get to do away with copying other people's texts. Copying is a bad habit as far as the rules and regulations of this community are concerned. I then say let's all do away with plagiarism and raise as good authors in the near future.

Sending all my regards to @cryptokannon, @nattybongo and @salamdeen. I am really grateful.
