how often should i brush my teeth?
- brush your teethatleast twice aday ,before breakfast and after dinner.
-control your meal times but donot eat in between meals.even when u have eaten anything sweet,please wait for your meal time and eat yourself away,thereafter you may brush or rinse your mouth with water.
-You must buy tooth paste which is fluoride containing to reduce on tooth decay and make circular motions that are up and down not forgetting to brush the eating surfaces,tongue,also take time for about 3-5minutes while brushing.
- You may first brush without tooth paste then rinse the out;then you can apply tooth paste on your tooth brush,brush and spot outbut do not rinse with water to allow the fluoride to remove those minerals and foods hidden in your teeth.
Avoid using tooth picks they are dangerous because they traumatize your gum.
-if you have amouth wash,please use it for rinsing after cleaning your teeth.
-Buy tooth brusheswith soft bristles to avoid hurting your gum and change them regularly atleast every 3 months.
-VIsit dentist every six months for dental check up and if possible request for gum cleaning.
-Incase you have lost teeth,please u can make an order for the artificial one and that are of two types removeable and fixed ones.
