Explain What are Delegations, the type of Delegations and how to Delegate SP?

First we must know what are the delegations: delegation is to share our SP with another steemit user or with some community this is done as a way of support I understand that there is community that rewards users who delegate SP to them a delegation we can cut and recover our delegated SP in 7 days.

Now that we know that it is delegation we will see how to delegate in the delegations box there is an option called delegate

When clicking on this option a small window appears this window has a form here we simply place the user worthy of the delegation and the SP that we are going to delegate.

How to check incoming and outgoing votes? Explain this with screenshots of both votes for your account.

In the statistics box we will find the incoming votes and the outgoing ones I show them in these brief captures

How to check account trades for the last 7 days and all the details that can be verified?

If we want to verify the operations of our account we will do it in opreaciones of account we will verify from publications, comments, rewards, votes, delegations in a period of 7 to 30 days.

Here in the screenshot I show you I'm checking my recent votes on my account.

The rewards of author, healing and beneficiary. Also, mention the author and healing rewards for your account for the past 7 days.

Author rewards: This reward is received by feedback from other users.

Healing Rewards: Reward we receive if we give feedback to other users.

Beneficiary Rewards: The payee reward is given when we place another user as the beneficiary of a post of ours.

How to check the value of your vote in favor and in different voting weights using this tool?

To verify it we will go to the statistics box, in the circle with the percentage inside, that shows us the percentage of our vote and its value on one side you can appreciate the value of our vote by percentage as you will see below in the image.
