Suggestion

I want to suggest to the leaders of the newcomers community and steemit as a whole to come up with something similar to the steemit newbie achivement tast programme.I think this will help most of us get some votes and also boost our reputation that will also enable us qualify to partake in the crypto academy courses .most people finish the achievement and are not making heard ways and they had to stop trying Even some people quit steemit because they don't know what to do next after finishing the achievement task .With even the contest is not everyone that can be among the top three winners.It even saddens me that you do all your possible best to write to post in a group and get no vote ,which so discouraging .
I that the steemit community for the introduction of other support programmes but it is not enough most steemians are lagging behind.
This is my humble request to newcomers community to find ways to help we those low Steem power and reputation to catchup up.
