To formally start with, let me introduce myself.

My name is Marvin Bersubio. My friends @marzyoung22 and @kyrie1234 introduced this platform to me and I am interested in sharing my talents in blogging. I am thrilled to embark on this journey of creative expression and connection within the Steemit universe. I am very excited to give my all efforts and make myself productive during my spare time.

I am passionate about giving ideas and positive thoughts about life. I am a true-to-life and down-to-earth person. I am very inspired by those successful people with integrity. I just started to make blogs.

I am a 1-year vocational graduate of Cebu Technological University with NCII and NCIII certification. With this course, I have been able to work in the BPO industry for more than 5 years now. The BPO industry is not just my only work experience. When I graduated from secondary school, I worked in a small business. I was 16 years old at that time. My job description was to cook food for the workers and I also helped delivery men to deliver drinks and liquors to different stores. When I turned 18, the manager of a known restaurant in the city asked me to work in their company as a busboy. At the same time, I tried to apply in the BPO industry. Unfortunately, I was not accepted. They said I need at 2 year in college or at least 6 months of BPO experience. After how many months, I was promoted to the purchasing department. That helped me to understand how business works. After 2 years, my brother asked me to replace him in his job at a prestigious shopping mall. I worked as a merchandiser/promoter in different shopping malls in the city for 2 years. I decided to study at a university with an Engineering course. Unfortunately, the course I wanted to enroll in was no longer available. So I chose the vocational course with the same major. To be able to study at a university, I need to leave my job in a shopping mall and apply for a part-time job. After 1 year of studying, I was able to get a job in the BPO industry. And my journey in the BPO industry started when I was 22 years old.

My goal here at Steemit is to share my knowledge and inspire people. Make people know that no matter how hard life is, we need to stand and fight for our dreams. The world is full of challenges. Sometimes, we think that life is unfair. But we have to look for a positive side of it. Keep going. Believe you can and you're halfway there. As a vocational graduate with years of experience in the BPO industry, I have learned valuable lessons about the challenges of life and the importance of perseverance. My passion for positive thinking and integrity is what drives me to share my ideas with others.

I have faced many obstacles in my journey, but I have always believed in myself and my dreams. I believe that no matter how difficult life may seem, we must keep going and never give up. I am here to inspire others and to remind them that they too can achieve their goals if they stay true to themselves.
