PLAGIARISM

This world has turn to be a place were people copy and emulate other people's work. Any plagiarized work can't be valued hence there is know reference or direct source.one can ruin his or her life by applying plagiarism in his or her work. But for a man to stand firm,he most create a real content of his own work.plagiarism is the act of copying someone's work without any reference of the writer.

TYPES OF PLAGIARISM

  • Complete plagiarism
  • Mosiac plagiarism
  • Direct plagiarism

The complete plagiarism

Here,the writer uses another person's work without citing and also present the work under his name.

The mosiac plagiarism

In this type of plagiarism,the writer doesn't mimic from the other writers work rather change the words of the writer in a similar word that has same meaning.

The Direct plagiarism

As the name implies,here the writer copies another person work without his own knowledge.Example of a direct plagiarism is
"Being credited of someone's work as if the work was done by you"

How to cite a source

For you to cite a source,you are required to put the greater than sign (>) before a sentence to enable you cite a source.Below is the example on how to cite a source

How to avoid plagiarism

We can avoid plagiarism by adhering to the following:

  • The writer should always make use of plagiarism checker to enable his or her work smart.

  • The writer should always be concious of the word he/she is using in his work.

  • The writer should observe quotation marks to enable the reader understand what the writer is talking about.
