Hello everyone, I know that in every organisation there must be rules and regulations or code of ethics, in Steemit, content Etiquete which is Achievement3 helps us to avoid plagiarism which is something detestable to steemit platform do in this post i am going to explain how to avoid plagiarism and Types of plagiarism, citation and how to cite a text.

Plagiarism is pretending to be what you are not, trying to get credit for work we did not do or claiming what belongs to another person as if it is our own.

We have different types of plagiarism but i will mention very few,

Self plagiarism is when someone rewrite what he has written before as if it is new one or using a picture several times and try to make look like a new picture, self plagiarism is self stealing in another world's, one not telling himself or herself the truth.

This one is a very serious case, you know that this quote belongs to someone and you say it without giving the author credit or using a picture with out the link, it is deliberete Plagiarism

We can avoid plagiarism if we make research very well and write in our own words or we ask people that know more than us for help or add the link of the text we got from internet, we need to give credit to the author of any text we are using, this way we will avoid plagiarism.

When we cite a text and put it appropriately in post, it will help anyone who is reading our post to know that, that particular paragraph is not our own originality but belong to another author,

When we are citing a text, we should write the name of the author or the topic we are looking for on the Google search and when we get it we should include the link of the text.

Now i want to cite how to avoid plagiarism, what i need to do is to type, free image of how to avoid plagiarism or how to avoid plagiarism?chet it now text source so when you add the link of the text it is not plagiarism and you have given the author the credit.

Another thing is qoute, when we are quoting some one we need to mention his name as the author, example
