Is my pleasure again to bring to you all my achievement task 4 which is applying MARKDOWNS. It has been a smooth journey so far and i will love to say thank you to everyone involved.
My article will be on TOBACCO USE;A CHRONIC KIDNEY DISEASE ACCELERATE.it will exciting to display the different MARKDOWNS explained by @cryptokannon on the newcomers community.
Cigarette smokers are at higher risk for rental failure than non smokers. Smoking is harmful for the kidneys and can cause the kidney disease to progress and increase the risk for proteinuria(excessive amount of protein in the urine).
EFFECTS OF TOBACCO USE IN KIDNEY
- Narrows the blood vessels in the kidney .
- Damages branches of arteries in the kidney
- Increases blood pressure and heart rate
- Reduces blood flows in the kidneys
The diagram right shows the early stages of kidney disease damage. At the early stage,if detected earlier enough, treatment can savage the progress of the damage.
Don't overdo over the counter medications.
Take care with antibiotics.
Eat healthy.
Drink enough water.
Wach your salt intake.
Quit smoking
