Hello great minds how are you all, i hope y'all had a nice day, I'm here once again to continue my achievement task, so I will write on acheivement 2, which is about security in steemit.

Firstly let's know about Security.
Security is simply the act of being free from danger. It's a measure taken to protect something valuable.

SECURITY IN STEEMIT

So in order to protect the account of Steemit users, the body initiated 5 keys known as permission keys.

• Posting key
• Active key
• Master key
• Owner key
• Memo key

POSTING KEY: it is used for posting, it enables you write to the view of others, it enables you downvote or upvote a post.

ACTIVE KEY: this key is used is for transactions like transferring of steem, powering up, conversion of SBD and so on.

MASTER KEY: this key is the most important key in Steemit because through it you can recover other keys.

OWNER KEY: the term ownership is the possession of something, so this key makes you have full access to your account.

MEMO KEY: this key is used to encrypt(transfer information to codes) and decrypt(reviewing codes)Information.

SECURING KEYS

When opening an account in Steemit, you will come across your master key, after that You are going to see a PDF containing all your keys. As for me I saved those on my email, in case I lost my device, I can access it easily.

HOW TO TRANSFER TOKEN

Below are few steps used to transfer steem token

• Click on the round Icon at the top, you will see post, comments, wallet, notification etc, click on wallet.

• A page will appear showing STEEM TOKEN, click on it and options will appear
• Then click on the transfer option.

• Another page will display, where boxes are been provided, fill in the username and the steem amount you want to transfer.

POWERING UP

*To power up your steem token, go to wallet, tap the options and click power up.

• Spaces will be provided where you can type the amount of steem you want to power up.
