Have you retrieve all your keys on steemit?: Yes
Do you know each of these key functions and restrictions?: Yes
Posting key: It can only be used to perform social activities like posting, commenting, upvoting and downvoting.
Active key: This gives you access to pretty much everything except changing the owner key.
Memo key: The Memo Key is used handling private messages.
Owner key: This key allows for just about anything including posting, voting, commenting to changing the actual keys for your account. The only thing this key can't do is deal with creating memos sometimes used when transferring from your Steemit Wallet.
Master Password: The master password is used to derive all keys above. A hashing function calculates the corresponding private and public keys from the master password, the account name and the key type.

How do you plan to keep your master password?: I have it in a paper note in my laptop and my phone

Do you know how to transfer your steem token to another steem user account?: go to the Steem dropdown, click transfer, then fill the necessary boxes and transfer steem that you want.

Do you know how to power up your STEEM?: Yes, with steem balance
