Hello steemites 🤗 I'm super glad to write about my achievement 2😁 thanks for the opportunity.

Yeah! I'll be writing on the Basic Security On steem but before we launch further, I'll love to explain the word "Basic Security" for us all to understand well. I would say when something is Basic, it means it is Important or Necessary👌 So, These Keys are very Important and Necessary in Steemit World 🌎 no matter how little any of them are, never joke with. C'mon, let's proceed together to learn and relearn 😁

Basic Security in steemit

Steemit world 🌎 has given its users/lovers the opportunity to feel and be safe by providing and helping to secure and protect their account. Their are basically 5 security keys and each of these keys have their own significance; Posting Key, Memo Key, Active Key, Owner Key and Master Key.

Question 1: Have you retrieve your keys on steemit?
Yes, I have retrieve my keys. I did some backup both for software and hard copy for safety purpose.

Question 2: Do you know each of these keys functions?

Yes I do and below are little explanation on each of their functions

• Posting Key:This key is mostly used to log in to your account as a steemite, to vote, post, comment and do other social activities.

• Memo Key: This key is used to decrypt memos when transferring

• Active Key: The active key as it name implies deals with the activation of the monetary part of the system like; transferring of funds, powering up or down of your steem, placing of market order etc.
  This key is a sensitive one that needs to be guided jealously.

• Owner Key: I personally name this key "Restoration Key"😁 cause that's what it does. With the help of the Owners Key, you can reset and recover every other keys when your account is being hacked or compromised.

• Master Key: It is also called the "Seed Password" cause it is the root of life to every other keys. It is more powerful than the Owner's Key. Once it is lost, such account can no longer exist.

Question 3:How do you plan to save your master password?
I plan saving my master password by backing it up on my software.

Question 4: Do I know how to transfer my liquid steem token to another account?

Yes, I do😁

Step 1- I login to my wallet steemit account using my active key, which brings down options like Steem, Steem Power and the likes under my wallet.

Step 2: Beneath Steem which is the first option, there's a word "steem" written in green with a drop down arrow then I clicked on it and it brings down an optional box.

Step 3: I clicked on the first option on the drop down box which is transfer and that leads me to my main purpose.

Step 4: I then fill in the blank spaces by inputing the recipient details and the amount to be transferred.

Step 5: The amount and recipient information are confirmed before the transfer is being finally processed.

Question 5: Do I know how to power up my liquid steem?

Yes I actually do
Still within my wallet and clicking on the drop down arrow beside the steem, I choose and clicked on Power Up instead of Transfer.

I inputed the amount of my steem to be powered and yes, I did it!
