Am Deepthi from Banglore.i have completed Achievement 1 and Achievement 2 Now am proceeding with Achievement 3 that is content etiquette.

Proof of brain:
Proof of brain is a concept where we will recieve rewards from the communities for the author content by upvoting.if we upvote for the other person post that particular person will recieve rewards.
We can get reward from the curators and if we give encouraging comments for any other content we will recieve for that even.

The statements are as follows:

what is Plagiarism?

Plagiarism means copying or stealing the content from anywhere with out taking permission from the original authors.Copying text and making others work as their own work.

When you give credit to the original author by giving the persons name,name of the article and where it was posted or printed from where you are getting the content.if we mention all those things in the publication then we cant say it is a plagiarism.

What are the types of plagiarism?

The types of the plagiarism are:

Plagiarism 1

it is submitting of anothers work as it is with out the permission of author and make it as their own work.for example teacher given a assignment suppose i didnt done it so i will take anothers assignment and i i will write my name on their work with out citation.

Plagiarism 2

copying and pasting a piece of text from a single source with out making any changes.pasting it with out making any change in our own paper.

Plagiarism 3

changing keywords and phrases but keeping the necessary content of a source in a paper.
For example: Flowers are so Beautiful. Its a text written by me.
I just want to make find flowers and make it as Dolls.
"Dolls are so beautiful." Its a cited text.
i want to replace flowers as "dolls". I will just copy only the key word dolls and replace it in the place of flowers.

Plagiarism 4

Paraphrasing from different sources,and making the content fit together.

Copying our own work and making it as a new content with out citation.This is a self plagiarism

Act of combining perfectly cited sources with copied passages.

Everything will be presented in a citation with out any original work of their own.

Plagiarism can be avoided by paraphrasing or else quoting the text if we have copied from any other sources.Crediting the original author in citation text and reference list.
