Than you @cryptokanno for this guide, it has really being helpful, it makes my work more colourful. I want to explain what a possessive pronoun and noun are using those guide.
Nouns are words that represent a person, place or thing, and possessive noun is a type of noun that shows ownership with an apostrophe 'S or just an apostrophe. E:g:
1 The dog's bone
2 The dogs' bone
The above are obviously about ownership. However, possessive nouns are not always about ownership. Example: The minister's children. This is a minister for children's affairs, the minister does not belong to the children.
Not all possessive nouns end with apostrophe 's, some end with only apostrophe (')
1 The cats' meat ( Plural)
2 The cat's meat ( Singular)
('S) or (') can be added to a singular possessor or noun that ends with "s"
1 Chris' hat .
2 Chris's hat.

Possessive pronoun is a word that replace a noun( or a noun phrase) and shows ownership without the use of apostrophe. Example: Jane takes pride in Jane's outfits. Jane takes pride in My, Mine, your, yours, his, her, hers,our,ours,its,theirs,whose
It sounds odd to use Jane's name repeatedly in the above sentence, but a possessive pronoun solves the problem.her outfits
The Pronoun "her" shows that the outfits belongs to Jane.
My plane is delayed
Your dinner is ready
The dog is mine

Rewrite the sentence and replace the noun that is in cap lock with correct possessive pronoun
Look at the TOY'S hat(its, it's)
Let's go to PAUL'S house(his, his's)
That game is my FAMILY'S( ours, our)
Is that Susan and TED'S house?(their,theirs)
