Food is said to be any substance taken into the body for strength and energy. According to Britannica.com, food is being defined as a substance consisting of protein,carbonhydrates and other nutrients used in the body of an organism to sustain grotu and vital processes and provision of energy.

Types of food
There are several types of food,but I will just talk on three basic types.

• Baby food.

• Junk food.

• Organic food.

• Baby food: These foods are specially made for baby feeding aside breast milk. They are soft and easy to consume and made for infants between the age of four to six months.
  
  A typical baby food

• Junk food: These are foods that contains a lot of fats and sugars and also very unhealthy for the human body.
  

Examples of common junk foods.

• Organic food: These are foods produced without any harmful chemical substance.
