I'm here to do my achievement 3 task on the topic "PLAGIARISM "....!
WHAT IS PLAGIARISM?
From my definition i would say it's the act of copying someone's else's work and taking credit for it.
From the dictionary (Merriam-webster)
Plagiarism is "the act of using another person's words or ideas without giving credit to the person".
"Plagiarism is considered a violation of academia integrity and a breach of journalistic ethics. It is subject to sanctions such as; penalties, suspensions, expulsion from school and work, substantial fines etc.

SOME OF THE WAYS TO AVOID PLAGIARISM
- Understand what constitutes plagiarism
- Learn what doea not constitute plagiarism
- Learn how to properly cite references
- Paraphrase or quote from your sources (and add your own ideas).
- Always give credit to the author of the copyright.
