I am very elated to be on this platform as I have heard good things about it, and so here is my introduction post to the community.
About me
My name is Olumati Doris Chibanya, born and brought up in Rivers State which is in the southern part of Nigeria. I am a final year student of the university of Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria, and I am studying Fisheries. I am a Christian and a lover of God. I am also a lover of academics. I am a vocalist and also an entrepreneur.
My Hobby
I love singing and dancing, listening to music, carrying out research, watching movies and swimming.
How I knew about steemit
I got to know about steemit through a friend and brother @joshua-shey. At first, I did not take it serious until I saw his commitment to the platform, then i decided to ask him what it was really about, and he explained to me.
My plans for steemit
Now that I am in this community, I will contribute to the knowledge which is usually shared on the platform, thereby ensuring the act of research is enhanced, and an active community promoted.
