INTRODUCING MYSELF

Hi, great Steemit community!

I'm Rev'd Elijah Ndukwe, a Nigerian from Abia state, South East. I'm an Igbo man and resident in Lagos State.

My wife@glorois08 introduced the steemit community to me.

Some past experiences in life made me become a bit hesitant regarding steemit because I thought, 'they have come again' as such I have to give it a serious thought.

But upon serious follow-up and persuasions from her and@talktofaith, motivated me, so I've decided to give it a try.

•I'm a Reverend gentleman, overseeing one of the congregations of Assemblies of God church, here in Lagos, Southwest Nigeria.
•I am a seasoned lead pastor with over thirty years of experience in increasing responsibility in congregational leadership.
•Committed to shepherding individuals into their God-given potentials in life.
•Expertise in biblical counseling, education, and mentorship
•Proven success in advancing church goals and increasing community engagement in the congregation.

Married to Princess Sally Chidinma Ezeala. A very beautiful, industrious and practical lady.
Highly educated, with rare qualities any sane man will like to marry.
A never-nagging wife, a lover to a fault, and a "husband worshipper".
A home maker and an astute planner.
Very thoughtful and pragmatic in everything she does.
A good counselor etc.

I met her in one of our church services when I was an associate pastor in one of our big congregations.

Our relationship has been very sweet, romantic, loving and a home where lives have been and are being molded.

A lot of young people with no bearings in life have passed through this relationship becoming people of repute.

Most of them were taught how to read and write by my wife, wrote exams, gained admissions into higher institutions, and have graduated with flying colors.

Those not married as at when we got into their lives are happily married with children who see and refer to us as grandparents.

We've been able by the grace of God built and continue to solidify our home with a practical biblical standard where great destinies of people have been and are molded and shaped.

This relationship has uniquely lasted about three decades and still counting.

We are blessed with three adults-two young men and a beautiful daughter with a relative.

HOBBIES AND INTERESTS
Outside of work;
• I'm engaged in various social justice issues, focusing on grassroots organizations to impact lives positively at the local and community level and on social media.
•I love healthcare with passion and I engage in a lot of research.
•I also love pets and have some dogs.

WHY STEEMIT?
I see Steemit as a writing community. A group of writers who are working together to learn more about life and contribute to building a learning community.

I think that Steemit is a platform where people work hard to understand how her contributing audiences (writers) get ideas and how they capture small moments. I also believe it's a community where writers collaborate and learn how to share their work for the benefit of everyone.

I love steemit community because

It offers one opportunity to reach a larger audience of other seasoned contributors.

It offers opportunities to learn from specialists from different walks of life.

It Opens up for me a window to contribute my quota in making life worthwhile.

I view steemit as a content community that holds together an audience and a class of contributors bound by compatible themes and set styles; audiences with a common familiarity and contents covering various angles of life.

I see Steemit as a community that follows rules and freewheeling creativity.

Steemit helps one to know the options available to him/her and find ways to be creative despite the limitations.

Steemit can add to someone's researching skills.

WHAT TO CONTRIBUTE?
Writing shapes culture and forms society.
People believe the things they read, this makes it necessary that I put down my ideas, to help my audience.

I think this is a great way of giving to society a piece of the immense knowledge I have gathered through varied experiences.

I believe it will be a worthwhile adventure, with the hope that many lives will be truly transformed with my good writings.

I believe that my connecting with Steemit will add to my personality and create another community of like-minded fellows across the globe.
I know I'm safe here and my contributions will be appreciated.
