Good day everyone, I am here for my achievement 2. After my achievement 1 has been concluded with an average score, I still remain thankful to you all for the votes and assessment. Since I will be talking about basic security on steemit, it is necessary to state a definition for security before proceeding.

DEFINITION OF SECURITY
Security could be defined as the sum total of all the process we undertake with the aim of protecting which includes:

• (i) Being conscious
• (ii) Valuable resources
• (iii) Protecting Password

being conscious: It is advisable for a person to put into consideration his way of being first i.e we as human beings must be conscious of what we eat, the occasion we attend and also the way we speak in a gathering. This is an aspect of security in everyday life of human. We most be security conscious at all time.

Valuable resources: it takes effort to acquire resources and so we must endeavour to secure our resources to avoid it being stolen or destroyed. Protecting property is an important part of security.

Password Protection: (event private): Every organisation in the world has a secret key before assessing any content related to the organization which is called password. This is the reason I used (password of any event). Even in this great organisation called steemit we have different private keys for assessing a particular section of our account. I hope with the little knowledge of mine, I have been able to explain the term "password". We can now proceed to basic security on steemit which are;

Question 1:
DO YOU KNOW ALL YOUR KEYS?

Ans: Yes I know all my keys. Firstly after getting all your keys through the PDF you will have to save it in any of your storage devices in order to know the function of each keys when needed.

Question 2:
Do you understand the function of the listed keys

I) Master password: This is the main key that generate all other keys. It is advisable to secure the master key very well because if it is hack there is no need to protect other keys, so therefore be careful.

II) Active key: It is used for transferring funds, converting steam dollar, power up and down, voting for witnesses and also updating profile details.

III) Owner key: This key can be use to replace other keys and protect compromised account.

IV) Memo key: It helps in encrypting and decrypting memos during fund transfer.

Question 3:
HOW DO YOU PLAN TO KEEP YOUR MASTER PASSWORD?

Ans: It is mandatory for me to save my master password which I had done earlier before now. I stored my master key in my flash drive and also made a printed copy of it.

DO YOU KNOW HOW TO TRANSFER YOUR STEEM TOKEN TO ANOTHER USER ACCOUNT?

Ans: Yes and I will also state the steps of transferring steam token to another user account which is;

STEP 1: Login

STEP 2: Select transfer

STEP 3: Move fund to another steem account

N/B: Ensure to confirm account before clicking ok.

Ans: Yes and the steps are stated below

STEP 2: Select power up

STEP 3: Enter amount and click power up

STEP 4: Confirm transfer details and click ok
