ABOUT MYSELF

My name is Aniche Enare Asu, I hail from Aborkim waterfalls in Etung Local Government Area of Cross River State. I am a graduate of computer engineering from the University of uyo, Uyo, Nigeria.

WHAT I DO

I am a programmer with specialty in web development. I code in python programming language, and it's web framework(django) to build web applications. I also develop machine learning algorithms with Python, although I'm a beginner in the field of ML.
I also do web design with HTML, css and JavaScript.

HOW I HEARD ABOUT STEEMIT

I first heard about Steemit from a friend @clockspeed20 who introduced me to a platform where I got drilled on what Steemit is all about by @focusnow, then I got shown how to sign up by @beautybb who patiently guided me to this point. And now here I am, as self-taught python programmer, I will be dropping post that will help upcoming programmer to get started in the field of technology. I wish through my posts, many people will learn the basics of python programming language, before moving to web development with python.
Before we get to developing with python, I could teach the basics of HTML and CSS.
I will also be posting some fun stuffs and news about life style, sport, comedy.

MY JOURNEY AS A PROGRAMMER

I am a self-taught programmer. It wasn't easy at the beginning joggling from one tutorial to another on YouTube, all in search of proper understanding of the python programming language. I remembered going hungry just because I could use my feeding money to buy data, so I can learn.
Looking back now, I feel I wasted time, and money. It could have been easier if I had a go to place where I can learn everything.
I have had a lot of fun with programming. I have built cool stuffs; building a chat application with timing mechanism during my undergraduate final year project. This application was built completely in python, the application helps students monitor how long they can stay chatting before going back to their books.
From building just native python apps, I moved to web development with Django, I have built a lot of web sites; e-commerce, hotel management system, blogs, plagiarism checkers etc
I also develop API with Django restful framework
I am currently learning machine learning with tensorflow and python.
All this knowledge is what I will be posting on a weekly bases. I hope to inspire lots of newbies to reach the highest level in programming.
The materials I'll be sharing will guide the footsteps of anyone who wants to learn programming beginning this 2022 and will prove that with the right mindset and consistency, anyone can code.
