Good evening my great people and friends,am here again to present my achievement3 task based on the knowledge i have aquired from my previouse achievement 1,2.

This task centered on plagiarism! Of course non of us like plagiarism or to be plagiarize,so friends lets take a closer look at the matter about plagiarism.

WHAT IS PLAGIARISM?

Many believed of plagiarism as copying someone's work or original ideas. But to my own view and understanding the term "copying" and "borrowing" hide the seriousness of the act.

To plagiarize means

To steal and pass off(the idea or words of another writer or author as one's own).
To use (anothers production)without his or her concept, notice or crediting the source.
To commit literary theft.
To present as new and original idea or product derived from one's existing source.

BUT CAN WORDS AND IDEAS REALLY BE STOLEN?

Yes of course. As long as they are recorded in some ways(such as book or computer file.)

TYPES OF PLAGIARISM

ACCIDENTAL PLAGIARISM

This doesn't happen on purpose. Although is considered as plagiarism when someone copies another's writing without citing their source,improperly cites the source or leave out quotation mark on accident.

SOURCE-BASED PLAGIARISM

This is when the writer have two source of information but only reference one or when an author quotes a non-exitent or incorrect source.

DIRECT OR VERBATIM PLAGIARISM

This is just purposeful stealing of word for word and pasted it into a new piece.

SELF PLAGIARISM

This is when someone repurchase their own work intentionally or not instead of writing a new topic from scratch. Some people think is not bad since they are the owner. But is damaging.

COMPLETE PLAGIARISM

This type occur mainly to student. Copying and pasting the original work in exact word only changing name. (Eg) project.

STEEMIT PLAGIARISM

This is when a steemit member copy some one's post and picture without creating theirs. Is prohibited here.

HOW CAN WE AVOID THIS ACT OF PLAGIARISM

The main remedy is only to have the ability to be creative, because when someone have the ability to create ideas it will help him or her to depend on his or her own knowledge or experiences not to copy and past. Just be creative.
