Keys and the user's
ACTIVE KEY:
The Active key is one of the most important key on steem if you lost this key it may result for you losing your account. And it can be used for wallet-related activities.
The use of the Active key is as follows; Transfer of tokens, conversion of SBD, exchange, power Steem up or down, place order on an exchange, vote for witnesses.
So it is advice one keep it in a safe place.
POSTING KEY:
The posting key is the the key that permit you to post. And can't be used to make any wallet-related decisions or functions.
So even if it is stolen in it can't affect the tokens in your account, however it is also advice you keep it safe.
This key can be used to log in to various Steem-powered social networks as well.
The posting key is used for social networking functions like upvoting, posting, commenting, edit post or comment, downvoting and to mute accounts.
OWNER KEY:
This is also important key among the private keys. It can be used to change the other keys and it also have the extra permission to recover your account if need be.
So this key should be handled with care and kept safe.
Other usefulness of the Owner key it can be use to decline voting rights and to reset posting and active keys.
MASTER PASSWORD:
The master password is the password given to you during your sign up. It is called master password not key because other keys are generated from it. So it is very important and should be kept safe, possibly save it in your email.

The memo key is used to encrypt and decrypt private messages when transferring funds.
Please all these keys are important and should be kept in a safe place most especially the Master password.
I will also be showing how to transfer Steem from my account to another Steem account.

Then I click on the STEEM arrow which then reveals a drop down menu, I then click on transfer.
I can now fill in the account details of the Steem account I want to transfer Steem to and click on the Next button.
