Plagiarism or plagiarism is an act of plagiarizing other people's ideas, ideas or work which is subsequently recognized as one's own work or using the work of others without mentioning the source, giving rise to false or false assumptions about the origin of an idea, idea or work.
There are several types of plagiarism, namely total plagiarism, partial plagiarime, and minimalist plagiarism. Total plagiarism is an act of plagiarism without changing the content, such as language, ideas, and writing system. Whereas partial plagiarism is when the content presented is a combination of two to three different sources, where the use of repeating and synonyms is rampant, the latter is minimalistic plagiarism although many do not consider this plagiarism but it is considered as stealing studies or thoughts. Minimalist plagiarism involves a lot of paraphrasing.
There are several factors in a person committing plagiarism, namely, first, if the person feels less confident about the work or task he is doing or produced, so he feels better seeing or copying other people's work. Second, lack of knowledge or lack of understanding of the theme at work. The third is the misuse of technology, on the internet we can find it easy to get references. A person who wants to find a reference can just type a keyword and a few moments later the desired references appear on the monitor screen. The ease of accessing the internet is often misused. Fourth, the lack of strict law or sanctions given to plagiarists and the last one is laziness, as humans we must never be bored with the tasks given so that someone prefers the quick way by copying other people's work.
