Sabudana Vada, one of our favorite fasting snacks of our indians , in india navaratri festive is going on, so many of the devotees of goddess durga maa took fast for 9 days, so today i would like to share the recipe of Sabudana vada, it is a crispy, soft, savory and mildly sweet tikki(patty) containing softened tapioca pearls (sago)with mashed potatoes, fragrant spices and fresh herbs. It is naturally gluten-free and vegan.

How to make it

step1

• Rinse 1/2 cup sabudana until the water turns clear. Then soak it in 1/2 cup water overnight.

• Then transfer the saubdana to a large bowl, now 2 medium potatoes, boiled & mashed,1/4 cup roasted peanuts
1 to 2 green chilies, finely chopped
2 teaspoons lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon salt to taste.
