Introduction
Greetings to all steemit registered family, all over the world. I'm Chinenye Ossai popularly known as Gertrude, a German name, which means spear and strength, this name has been so evident in my life as I have come across many hurdles and worst situations that I thought could swallow me, but I keep conquering them, which leaves me to wonder where the strength is all coming from.

I'm someone who has a heart of humanity, a deep thinker, a story lover whose life revolves around imagination as I always travel down the world of imagination, making the unimaginable look realistic.

Family background
Being the second child of a family of six, not just family, but the kind of family, which upholds strong moral and religious beliefs, where you give an account for every single action, which really has contributed immensely in shaping me into who I am, there are many mistakes I have avoided as a result of the kind of value system my family upholds.

Educational background
My educational journey has been an interesting one, in my quest explore the possibilities in the world of media, I found myself reading Mass communication, of which I graduated from in the past couple of years, from the prestigious institution, University of Benin, which is located in the heartland of Edo state(Benin city), where I read communication and its Nitty gritty.

Hobbies
I love reading and writing interesting stories, sharing experiences about life and it's essence, different mistakes which can cost life and destinies, how mistakes can be avoided.
I also love traveling, I love to get to know and learn more about people from different backgrounds and cultures, languages and their heritages.

Being a story lover and in my quest to satisfy my curiosity, after @bossj23 spoke about a social media called steemit, where one can share stories, I got intrigued and decided to give it a try, since it avails such opportunity where I can share stories about my life, experiences, family, friends, where I can actually express what I feel inside of me and what I feel about others, I'm so passionate about exploring steemit.
