Hi everyone. Hope your day is moving well. Today am going to proceed with Achievement 2 to get verified.

To get started, I want to begin by saying steemit operate with different keys depending on the task at hand. Steemit operate this way so has to increase the security of your account. The most important password which is the Master Password it is given to you during your first sign in. And this password is used to generate the document with the other keys. It is mainly used only during account recovery, reason why is important to keep it in a safe storage.

Now lets look at the various functions and restrictions of the different keys. Starting from the least we have

• The Posting Key : The key is used for basic functions such as login , posting , commenting, editing, voting , resteems following and more...

• The Memo Key : The key is used for encryption and decryption of transfer memos

• The Active key : This key is used for active task , such as powering up and down , transferring funds.

• The Owner Key : Used to reset the other keys including itself. It's preferable to store it offline so as to recover your account if compromised.

Personally I store my master password in Google drive , so as to recover my information should incase my phone is stolen. But it will be great if you can get an offline copy, like a usb drive, a disc , or even hard copy which can be kept somewhere secure.

Now lets get information on how to transfer funds from one account to another.
To begin we first have to login into ou wallets. By going to the top right hand corner at the level of the three parrallel line for Androids , then sign in , then at the new page you can input the username and posting key.

After logging in , we can now go to the drop down arrow beside steem and press transfer

From there another page will open

Due to insufficient funds I couldn't actually transfer tokens, so I input 0.0

I then press ok to confirm transfer. They will then ask you your active key to conclude the Operation

To Power up is simple , After logging in and going to the drop down button beside steem as seen in the second screenshot above , u press power up. This page will appear

You need to then input the quantity of steem you want to convert to steem power , is it 50%,75% or 100% of your total steem. This percentage depends on the club status you want to be part of.

You can then select powerup

And press ok.

You will then realised you have successfully powered up as the quantity of your steem power will increase
