A BRIEF INTRODUCTION OF MYSELF

Hello,

I'm Gloria. My full name is Achiekwelu Gloria Chioma . My username @gloriah . I am 24 years old. I am from Enugu state, Nigeria but I currently live in Akwa-ibom state as I am a an Nysc serving Corps member.
I am the second child of my family. We are a small family of six members, including my parents, an elder sister, a younger sister and a younger brother. I did a B.Sc. in Foreign languages and literary studies, Russian language to be precise, in a reputed Federal university of my country

Being someone from an average background, I am faced with many responsibilities. Currently, besides observing my patriotic duties of serving the fatherland, I make handmade unisex footwear and sell both offline and online. I have been into the business of making footwear for about two years now and it has really helped in boosting my financial status and self confidence as a lady in a world of men. I got into this business mainly because I was fascinated at one could use their bare hands and pieces of leather materials to create something of beauty in the manner of a footwear and also because I needed to start up something to help myself with financially. Albeit, online I work as an affiliate marketer and an online marketing coach.

MY HOBBIES

I love to swim. Being a person that always feels hot in their body, any opportunity for a swim day is like Christmas Day for me, I could spend a whole day coming in and out of a pool, albeit, I loathe going near rivers and the likes because they scare me.

I also love to read whenever I have the time. I mostly enjoy reading, literary works based on Realism which is why I love the novel titled ‘crime and punishment’ by the Russian writer, Fyodor Dostoevsky so much. I also enjoy reading business books and articles, this helps me to always garner the necessary knowledge and information that I need to get my shoemaking business to the heights I aim at reaching someday.
Above all, I love to travel and experience adventures in new places. Being a person that loves beautiful sceneries and loves taking pictures of and in them, I will love travel to different countries around the world; it is a big dream of mine.

MY GOAL ON STEEMIT

Being a person to love well articulated and arranged articles and blogs, I would love to practice writing of interesting articles and blogs on this platform and also improving my writing skills as I progress. Since this is an open platform, I would like to gain experience on different topics by reading original and qualified content from users. Also, I will love to make new friends with people from other countries by interacting here.

HOW I FOUND OUT ABOUT STEEMIT
I came across a post about Steemit sometime ago on Twitter, I carried out a couple of research on it via Google and immediately became interested in it and joined the platform, mostly because of its intellectual setting.
