At independent the national flags was designed by Micheal tawo Akinkumi the national replace the union facks on the first of October 1960 . The national flag has two colour green and white. The green represent our Agriculture potential which was mainstay of national economy in the first republic.
The white colour represent our national motor unity and Faith peace and progress. The national flags must be kept clean at all time because it represent our national image the flag is to be flown or hoisted raised by 6 am and lowered by 6 pm. If the flag flown at full mast it means that their is peace in the land and tranguity. But when flown of half it signfied that calamity has beffalle the national and the nation is a state of of a morning mood.

National Anthem
At independent the Nigeria national anthem was composed by L.U Williams But in 1978 a new indigious atham was written by prof. Akiwa euba.

it is a symbol of authority and tell the historography of Nigeria where seen it commands respect and represent officially. it usually created on government which building deal staff of office e.t.c

The Nigeria coat of arm comprise 7 element with there meaning.

The eagle: Which represent the strength of the nation.
The white: On when the eagle stand represent the hormoury and adoration.
The shield: These is painted represent the fitting of the Nigeria soil.
The Y-shaped silver wavyband : it represent two major way River Niger and river benine.
Two war horse : represent the digging of Nigeria.
Flora or flower: it botanical name is costus spectabilis . it is a common flower fund in all part of Nigeria.

what is Beauracracy?

In my short definition, Beauracracy can be define as a herochical struction of organization.

Characteristics of Beauracracy

1. Graded salary office structure.
2. Graded salary office and official.
3. division of labour and specialization.
4. centralized system of control.
5. operate a merits system.
6. it operate formalistic impersonal i.e it operate what is private from official.

Type of Beauracracy

Guardian Beauracracy
These beauracracy know as the best for society words archivery e.g Government.

Cast Beauracracy
these recruit each member from a special profession group or category of person e.g NBA NUT.

pertronage Beauracracy
These Beauracracy limit it benefit or dispesnses floor to member only e.g political party and co- operative society.

Merits Beauracracy
In these types recruitment renewed and santion are base on ment e.g civil service.

Advantage of Beauracracy

1. it promotes efficiency through division of labour.
2. it promotes orderliness, stability and harmony. in organization.
3. it promotes continuity in service.

disvantages of Beauracracy

1. it promotes monotony and fatigue.
2. it's anti-democratic inflexible.
3. Trained incapacity.
