Hello my dear friends.I happy to be here on steemit once more. There are different achievement done in steemit. I have completed achievement 1 and 2 already and I am poised to write my achievement 3. This particular Achievement 3 post centres on plagiarism which is the act of copying another person's work.Read on as I throw more light.

Plagiarism

Plagiarism is the act of copying someone's work and presenting it in form of your work. This is very bad in a social Blockchain, because after someone has work hard to write a note, then another person take it and post, it is known as malpractice in terms of academic system. This also involve bad character, which is lying about someone's work and claiming it as your own.
It Involves

Turning another person to your own work
Writting or taking someone's ideal without giving the person credit

Types Of Plagiarism

The have various types of plagiarism done in a Blockchain.

Self - Plagiarism
This is easy to understand, because it means plagiarisng yourself, through reposting of your former picture, text or even graphics. This means that you will be continuously using your former post to write again.

Paraphrasing Plagiarism
This particular type of plagiarism is the process whereby the plagiarist tries to remove or erase part of the sentence made by the original author but still retains the meaning of the sentence. This is also like the deliberate plagiarism, because is the intent is to use of someone's work as yours through guile.

Patch Work
According to search, it means combination of words to words from another work or post to form a group of post snd organize it as your own work. This is bad because trying to borrow word from another post means plagiarism

Global Plagiarism
In fact to me this is the worst plagiarism. It is the illirate that can do this kind of plagiarism. It means taking the whole post or work of another person and forming it as your work.

Remedy For Plagiarism

• Referred all work that is not of your own authorship

• Place the accurate source of the referred work

• Try and organize your own work, with your own work, with your mentality

• Use plagiarism checker, to ensure that your work is free from plagiarism

• Try and understand the content of what you are writting

• Keep your work away from people site, until it is posted on a social Blockchain like #steemit

Conclusion

Let's try and keep our work free from plagiarism. This will enable steemit to have a better place for writting, posting and earning. Any body found in steemit doing plagiarism should be warned, then continuous warning will lead to restriction of the person account.
