Delegation mean to send or receive your SP power To other user. This ass paper is very important on steam it plate form. For purchasing one steem power cost is one steem. In disposed I will tell you the types of delegation and how to delegate.
Types of delegation
I think the two types of delegation one is incoming delegation and second is outgoing delegation.
Incoming delegation means in the steemit form. Delegation mean to give some thing tother .

I can't understand you incoming delegation in example . Your friend Ali send you some steem power to you. Your steam power on steam it is increased. You can work more and better way in steam it.

When you open your steem world.org website.
You can see dashboard option. Goes to the dashboard page. When you go to the dashboard page click on delegation. A new small page is open in this page you can delegate to your friend our sp power.

Check your rewards summary. First open your steemworld.com. then click on dashboard. When you click on dashboard and new page is open. In this you can see reward summary option click on this. When you click on your reward summary is show after 7 days and last month.

How to check voting power?
To check voting power first of all open your steam then click on dashboard. In dashboard page in front of you can see circle type option . This show you your voting power.
