Hello everyone, its my delight to write my achievement 5, Task 1. This very achievement is all about what you can do when you sign into steemworld.org. This tool is actually an application that one can use to analyze all information concerning his/her account.

CHECKING REWARD SUMMARY IN MY ACCOUNT

To do this, the first thing I have to do is to open my browser and sign in to steemworld .org, then I click dashboard, and then scroll down to the tab Rewards Summary. The reward summary shows a total reward that my account has made. It shows reward for all time, for the last 30 days and for the last 7 days. In the reward summary, you will also see curation rewards, author rewards, steem, SBD and all these rewards are valued in USD.

DELEGATION AND TYPES OF DELEGATION

Delegation means lending one's steem power to someone else, so that the person will use the steem power to vote or curate contents and get curation rewards, and then share the rewards with the lender. When one lends steem power out, his/her voting power drops, while the receiver's voting power increases. The beauty of this delegation is the security it gives to the original owner of the steem power, while the steem is delegated out, the receiver cannot power it down.

Types of Delegation

• Incoming delegation - This is when I receive steem power from another user and I can view it under incoming delegation option.
• Outgoing delegation - This is when I give out my steem power to another account and I can view it under outgoing delegation option.

How to delegate steem power using steemworld.org
Go to steemworld.org, then sign in with your username and posting key. Once the page loads, locate delegation menu and click on it, a dialog box comes up where I enter the details including the amount I want to delegate and how much. After filling the box, I click OK.

Then another box, Confirm Delegation will come up, then I click yes. Another box requesting for my active key will come up, once I enter the key and click OK, its done.

HOW TO CHECK INCOMING AND OUTGOING VOTES

Incoming votes refers to the votes that are given to me by others in my posts and comments. To get incoming votes for my account,
From the steemworld.org environment, locate incoming votes and click on it and I see my incoming votes.

Outgoing votes - This refers to the votes that i give to others in their posts and comments.
To get my outgoing votes, From the steemworld.org environment, locate outgoing votes and click on it, and it displays.

HOW TO CHECK ACCOUNT OPERATIONS FOR PAST 7 DAYS AND OTHER THINGS THAT CAN BE CHECKED

In account operations, one can check every account operation, like votes, comments, curation reward, author reward etc. Here, the system records everything, anything that was done in the account. These information can be checked up to 7 days.
To check account operation for the past 7 days, click on the tab Account operations, select 7 days ago, and the information will display.

MEANING OF AUTHOR, CURATION AND BENEFICIARY REWARDS

• Author Reward: When I make a post and the post gets voted or curated, the write up or content pays out after 7 days and the reward that I receive as a content creator is called author reward.
• Curation reward: When I vote or curate a quality post and the post pays out after 7 days, the reward that comes to me as a curator is the curation rewards. However, remember that how much one earns is dependent on how much Steem power one has.
• Beneficiary rewards: This feature allows authors to distribute parts of the author reward share to other accounts. These rewards are always paid out as steempower, no matter the pay out option chosen by the user. The share of the beneficiary is deducted from the author part of the total post rewards.

HOW TO CHECK MY VOTE VALUE

To check my up vote value and at different voting weights. When I sign in to steemworld.org, I click on dashboard, when it opens, I locate my voting power at the top left side. The icon is spherical geographical format with a voting power percentage of up to 100%. At the down part of the sphere, you will see different voting percentage power. Immediately below it, you will see the vote amounts, also different values corresponding with different voting power.

Steem power plays a vital role here, the higher the Steem power the higher the amount.
