Hello Steemians !
I am overjoyed to share my achievement 6 task. Looking back on my trip thus far, I believe I have gained a tremendous deal of knowledge regarding this platform.
So, here I am going to verify that through my last Achievement task which is related to "Understanding Curation and Community".

These are my responses and explanations to the questions posed.
1) Do you understand how steemit's voting and curation work?
Of course, I comprehend. Users on Steemit can get compensated for posting and curating. If we have enough steem power to vote for others, we can receive curation benefits, and the author can also receive rewards. Curators receive 50% of the post reward and the author receives 50% of the post reward. The allocation of the curation award is determined by the user's SP balance. The more steem power you have, the more influence you have over the curation reward.
Voting for others diminishes our voting power. We must give up 2% of our remaining voting power for every 100% vote (Voting mana). It will, however, automatically renew our voting power by 20% every day. To function properly, we must manage our voting power. Furthermore, when we vote for someone, we should have more than 500sp to control our voting power.

I've attached an image to demonstrate the voting power of my account.

2) What happens if you vote on a post before 5 minutes have passed?
Essentially, we know that the benefits are allocated to 50% of the author's payout and 50% of the curator's payout. As a result, if we vote before 5 minutes after posting, we will receive less than 100% by a factor of 50%. That means the curator can receive 100% of the incentives after 5 minutes of the post's publication.

However, it is determined by the length of each minute.
I've organized it by duration here.
Time of duration: At 1 minute
Percentage of curator :20%
Percentage reward left in the rewards pool: 80%

Time of duration: At 2 minutes
Percentage of curator :40%
Percentage reward left in the rewards pool: 60%

Time of duration: At 3 minutes
Percentage of curator :60%
Percentage reward left in the rewards pool:40%

Time of duration: At 4 minutes
Percentage of curator :80%
Percentage reward left in the rewards pool:20%

Time of duration: At 5 minutes
Percentage of curator :100%
Percentage reward left in the rewards pool:0%

3) Who will you vote for Steem Witness ? and Why?

Witnesses are often elected because they are trusted members of the community, they make several beneficial contributions to Steem and Steemit, they are qualified and experienced in server administration, and have knowledge of cryptocurrency networks and software.

The Steem blockchain generates blocks in 63-second rounds, with a target of 3 seconds between. In each 63-second round, 21 witness nodes generate 21 blocks.

We have the option of voting on up to 30 witnesses. If we have authority, we can put additional weight behind our vote and move the witness up to the top 21 witnesses. They can be compensated in steem power for the blocks they make, and this is an opportunity to gain more votes.

In general, I have the opportunity to vote for 30 witnesses, which I can accomplish easily.
Here I have selected @justyy and @steemchiller for steem witness as they have created an important tools tools on behalf of steem blockchain.

4) Which community will you join in Steemit, and why?
There are a lot of communities in the steemit platform. Actually, every single one is worth it. However, here I have included my favourite communities among them.
Newcomers' Community :This community is extremely essential to me. Because I learned a lot about the steemit platform. Thanks to this community.

Steem Kids & Parents: This is a network that connects children with their parents. Steemkids is a charitable group that focuses on the needs of children in our society, as children are the future.

Other communities I am currently in include:
SteemSchools
SteemEducation
SteemWomen
Freewriters
