Hi all, I’m Hashani Senanayake from Sri Lanka. It’s great pleasure to join hands with steemit, community development platform. I’m happy to introduce myself for you.

Today, I’m 25 years old and a final year student at University of Moratuwa. I’m following Civil Engineering at Faculty of Engineering. Last year, I had my industrial experience at CESL. I was able to fulfil my goal with a strong foundation obtaining from G/Christ Church Girls’ College, Baddegama upto Ordinary Level and G/Sanghamitta Balika Vidyalaya, Galle after O/L’s. Although these days stay at home due to covid-19, we are busy with final year research and comprehensive design project.

I’m from a small village in Galle District named as Ginimellagaha. My village is full of peace and it has a calm environment with more than half an area of paddy fields, and small tea states. And a tributary of Gin Ganga flows through this heaven. I’m enjoying this loveliest nature. I have lot of memories here and still collecting.

If I talk about my strength, it is my family. I have a lovely family with father, mother and two elder brothers. It is my heaven. It has a power of forgetting all the problems, stresses. They are my strength.

Then I want to tell about my school life and university life. My memory is full with the memories at school. I love both of my schools. And now I’m filling memory with university life. From 2016, I got new experiences; boarding life, events, sports, trips.

I forgot to tell I’m a member of Leo Club of University of Moratuwa. I was able to enjoy university life with leos by doing charity programs to share our knowledge to school children, donating and enjoying a moment at children homes and adults homes. I told only few as I can’t find an ending point.

Not only that, I was a member of university carom team. So, I’m full of experience with victories and failures. From that I learnt about success and failures.
Memories at university

Before ending my introduction I want to tell about my hobby. I love to read. If I get a free time I used to it. These days I’m reading about green buildings.

Finally, I want to thank @randulakoralage who introduced me to steemit and for guidance. I think this will be another remarkable experience for my life.
